Breakaway weak link for tool tethering systems – releases above about 44 lbs (20 kg) for emergency disconnection near moving machinery.
The Titan Weak Link Connector adds a controlled breakaway to any tool tethering setup. Fit it between the anchor and the tool lanyard: if the system is snagged by machinery, or a worker needs to pull free in an emergency, the engineered stitch gives way at just over 44 lbs (20 kg). Because of this, the whole system is limited to tools of 2.2 lbs (1 kg) or less. The bright red cord and yellow warning label make it obvious when a weak link is in use.
